Here are some pics.....

Well, here are some pics of our sweet girl. I guess it's pretty bad when other people(like Kelli) have put more photos on here of Maggie than we have! I should say I have. Here's the deal though....I never seem to be able to find where Aaron stashes all the pictures. You'd think it wouldn't be hard to find them, but I seriously have the absolute worst time. I am just so tired of feeling like a big dork on the computer. Seriously! It's pretty bad.

Back on subject.... Maggie is great. She is getting close to 3 months. When I thought about that today, I totally teared up. Time really does fly. I mean, look at that first picture. I LOVE her in the monkey outfit. She has now outgrown it. Yep, it's not long enough. My baby is growing up already. I'll try to do better at posting pictures, but don't hold me to it. I read other people's blogs way more than I pay attention to mine..... :o)

Nothing much to report....

Not much going on in the Hood household. Maggie is simply my pride and joy, and I can't get enough of her. It's good that I'm getting to stay home with her right now. I honestly think Aaron will have to kick me out the door when I have to go back to work at the end of August. I'll be the one kicking and screaming and holding on to the door frame. I just can't imagine someone else taking care of her daily needs. I know. I guess I'll have to get used to the idea. One step at a time....

My fam is taking a trip to Galveston next month. I'm not much on Galveston, but I like going on vacations. Hmmmm.....I haven't been away from Aaron for the long ever since we've been married, but the beach(even a kind of nasty one) might be nice. :o)

I'm planning to start Weight Watchers. No, it won't be fun, but I really want to lose some weight. I'd probably be okay if I could commit to working out, but I'm not super motivated. I'll use Maggie as my excuse, but that's just what it is....an excuse. I can do plenty. I just really want to get any excess weight off before we decide to try for number 2. No, that's not soon, but who knows how long it will take me and my unmotivated self to lose the amount of weight that I want to lose!

I'm joining a book club with some teachers at my school. I'm pretty excited about it. I read a LOT of books, but I never much discuss them with anyone. Our first book is Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen. It was REALLY good. I totally liked it. The best part is that I can totally recommend it. If you don't like this book, there's something really wrong with you. It's not even the kind of book that I usually read, but it's just super.

Okay, that's all for now. I'll try to do something really crazy so I have better stuff to write about!
